We only collect information you actively give us. That means:
We don't sell personal data. We don't share it with third-party marketers.
Information you submit is used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a project quote, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months unless a project moves forward.
We use a small number of essential cookies to remember whether you've dismissed our cookie banner. We don't currently run third-party advertising or marketing cookies. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated and the cookie banner will give you the choice to opt in or out.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@studio23.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're not happy with our response.
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
